We are an established Boldmere café / bar situated on Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield. A relaxed but fun vibe that can cater for many events - christenings, special birthdays, wakes etc with an indoor space perfect for 40 people inside / 80 people inside and frontage (under canopy) and in warmer weather include the rear outdoor area that can cater up to 150 people. 

COSTS

£50 deposit to secure a date. Minimum people for private hire 35/40 people. If the event you have in mind is less people we can do a part hire for £100 where an area is reserved for you but there will be other customers in other areas.

SUMMER 1) Whole Place (Inside, Frontage, Rear Garden) £300, 2) Inside only £150 3)Rear Garden Only £150 (NB if it rains we have gazebo coverage of whole area)

REST OF YEAR (Inside and Frontage) £200

You are welcome to decorate the area with bunting, balloons etc (not confetti!!) up to 2 hours before but there will still be a few customers around.

(we reserve the right for changing rates slightly depending on the requirements of the party and the time of year)

FOOD

We are experienced at providing buffet food for parties. A typical spread will include warm chicken tenders, homemade pizza, homemade coleslaw, pesto pasta, vegetarian quiche, greek salad etc. If you would like specific menu items we are flexible to try and meet your needs. All dietary requirements can be accommodated - eg vegan, gluten free, dairy free etc.

We do not allow food to be brought in for private hire function. (Except for a celebration cake!) Buffet minimum 35+ people £7 per person. 

DATES

The Deli Social is open Monday - Thursday 9-3.30pm, Friday 9am-11.30pm including Bar, Saturday 9am-11.30pm including Bar. Sunday closed although we are available for private hire eg for Christening. Please enquire regarding specific requests/dates.
